Born in Hollywood, California, Tamar has always been influenced by fashion. As a child, playing dress up in her mother's clothes and wearing her grandmother's costume jewelry was a regular pastime. At school, she was always a little different when it came to dressing, and her friends always told her that one-day she would work in the fashion industry.

At 18, her dream became a reality when she landed in the Big Apple to attend the Fashion Institute of Technology. Tamar has successfully developed a unique style of jewelry design that has been well received. After two years in business, her designs have been seen in high-end boutiques in San Diego and Los Angeles and adorning celebrities and NFL wives.
